This past November, I won a necklace off of a Facebook giveaway from one of my favorite brands, Kiel James Patrick (KJP). I've never been one of the fortunate ones who wins those random "leave a comment for a chance to win!" contests, so when this happened I could not believe my luck. While I loved the necklace from the moment I saw it on Sarah Vickers' Instagram, I had no idea how much wear I would get out of it.

The necklace that I received is aptly named "Simply Pearlfect" (it also comes in silver!). First of all, the quality of the piece is absolutely amazing. The pearl is gorgeous, and the chain has a subtle spiral detail that adds a tasteful touch of luxury. The necklace is also lightweight- I often forget I'm wearing it because it sits so perfectly on my neck! The adjustable length is also a nice feature, as I tend to wear it closer to my neck when I don flannels or button up shirts, just to make sure the pearl still peeks through.
This piece, along with Sarah's blog, Classy Girls Wear Pearls, have inspired me to incorporate more pearls into my jewelry collection. They are timeless, sophisticated, and go with everything! Given the excellent quality of this necklace, I particularly have my eye on the matching Winter Pearl bracelet... Good thing I have a birthday coming up next month ;)
